Shipping policy

I hold stock in Singapore and Australia, so orders in those two countries ship domestically. Everything else goes by courier from Singapore.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when yours goes out.

Where we ship, and what it costs

• Singapore — free. Sent by SingPost, usually arriving in 2–3 days.
• Australia — free. Usually 3–5 business days.
• Everywhere else — $12 USD flat. Courier from Singapore, usually under a week. One flat rate, shown on the product page rather than sprung on you at checkout.

Customs and duties

Most countries — including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand — don't charge duty on books. A few, notably the EU and Canada, may apply VAT or a handling fee on import. Those charges are set by your own country rather than by me, they aren't included in what you pay here, and they'd be payable by you.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before you order. If a parcel comes back to me because the address was wrong or incomplete, I'll happily resend it once you cover the return postage.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived in the timeframe above, or it turns up damaged, email support@foodbabyco.com with your order number and I'll sort it out. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
