5 Fertility Recipes

Five recipes from the book. Yours, free.
You've been told to eat well for your fertility. Nobody told you what that actually looks like at 6pm on a Tuesday when you're tired and the fridge is half empty.
So here are five real meals from Eat Your Way To Fertility — one from each section of the book. No restriction, no cupboard full of powders, no pineapple core. Just food you'd want to eat anyway, that happens to be working hard for your egg and sperm health, your ovulation and your cycles.

What you're getting
- Seaweed Eggs — five minutes, one pan, and possibly my favourite recipe in the whole book. Seaweed is a fertility powerhouse: iodine for your thyroid, plus iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc.
- Roast Veggie Salad with Honey, Mint and Caper Dressing — halloumi, crunchy croutons and a dressing you'll end up putting on everything. Blood sugar balanced and anti-inflammatory, which is most of the game.
- Jammy Fennel and Tomatoes with Walnut Pesto and Burrata — this is the sperm health one. Walnuts and slow-cooked tomatoes are both linked to better semen parameters, and it tastes like a restaurant made it.
- Tuna Mango Salad with Sticky Pumpkin Seeds — fresh, herby, creamy with avocado and mango. Make double the pumpkin seeds. Trust me.
- Florentines — dark chocolate, cranberries, almonds and pumpkin seeds. A proper treat that's quietly full of zinc and magnesium, because a fertility diet you can't stick to isn't a fertility diet.

Who's feeding you
I'm Ami — an Accredited Practising Dietitian who specialises in fertility, and someone who spent years with wonky cycles, a luteal phase deficiency and two miscarriages before working out what actually moves the needle.
Every recipe in the book is built on the research, tested in my own kitchen, and written for people who are sick of being told to just relax.
Free, obviously. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
